Softball Recap: Spaulding Beats Bedford for Their Third Straight Win

Spaulding had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Bedford Bulldogs with a sharp 10-1 victory. That's two games straight that the Red Raiders have won by exactly nine runs.

Spaulding now has a winning record of 9-8-1. As for Bedford, they dropped their record down to 2-17 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Spaulding will challenge rival Keene at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bedford is set to square off against their familiar foe Winnacunnet at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
