The Gilroy Mustangs will head out on the road to square off against the Ann Sobrato Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Gilroy will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.

The team relied heavily on Bam Mendoza, who went 4-for-4 with a home run, six RBI, and three runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Dani Wilson, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
Meanwhile, after only one run in their last matchup, Ann Sobrato made sure to put some runs up on the board against Leland on Friday. Ann Sobrato narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Leland 10-9.
Brooklyn Amato was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. Stella Ferrante was another key contributor, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.
