Basketball Game Preview: Constantine Falcons vs. Schoolcraft Eagles

Constantine is 0-10 against Schoolcraft since February of 2020 but things could change on Friday. It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Falcons face off against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Constantine has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Tuesday, Constantine had to suffer through a 69-42 loss at the hands of Galesburg-Augusta. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 679th, while the Rams are ranked 228th).

Meanwhile, Schoolcraft was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 59-53 to Covenant Christian.

Schoolcraft's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Constantine, their loss dropped their record down to 0-19.

Constantine took a serious blow against Schoolcraft when the teams last played back in January, falling 62-7. Can Constantine avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
