Ledford is 9-1 against Asheboro since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Panthers will welcome the Blue Comets at 7:00 p.m. Asheboro took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Ledford, who comes in off a win.

Ledford took a eight-run defeat the last time they faced off against Oak Grove, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Panthers skirted past the Grizzlies 6-4.

Meanwhile, Asheboro lost 11-1 to North Davidson on Friday. The Blue Comets have struggled against the Black Knights recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Ledford now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Asheboro, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11.
