Basketball Recap: Tri-County RVT Comes Up Short

Tri-County RVT was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 57-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Hills RVT Warriors. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-44 on January 8th.

Tri-County RVT's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Blue Hills RVT, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tri-County RVT will challenge Bristol-Plymouth RVT at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blue Hills RVT, they will take on Ashland at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Blue Hills RVT's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven games.
