Chambersburg proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by six) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Central Dauphin Rams 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Rams back in March, they had to take a 6-4 defeat.

W Martin spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned run in four consecutive appearances.

Chambersburg's record now sits at 3-8. As for Central Dauphin, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
