Volleyball Recap: Westwood Falls Short of Pinnacle in the Playoffs + How To Watch

Westwood and Pinnacle squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Westwood had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Pioneers. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Pioneers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-22, 25-23.

Westwood's defeat dropped their record down to 22-18. As for Pinnacle, their victory bumped their record up to 19-13.

Westwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pinnacle, they will head out to challenge Sunnyslope at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
