Basketball Recap: Gateway Christian Warriors vs. Melrose Buffaloes
After flying high against Floyd last Thursday, Gateway Christian came back down to earth. The Gateway Christian Warriors took a blow against the Melrose Buffaloes on Tuesday, falling 74-47. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Buffaloes recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Despite the defeat, Gateway Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Grady Munson went 11 for 27 on his way to 29 points and five steals. The game was Munson's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Noah Gomez was another key player, putting up four points and six rebounds.
