Football Recap: Rancho Bernardo Broncos vs. Poway Titans
If Poway wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Rancho Bernardo, they should've done a better job of containing Gaige Weddle. The Broncos walked away with a 32-21 victory over the Titans on Thursday for which the team can thank Weddle, who threw for 245 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.7 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 54 yards and one TD. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack, making eight total tackles, and defending one pass.

Rancho Bernardo's defense made their presence known, laying out Noah Schuback seven times. Leading the way was Lucas Winkler with 2.5 sacks.
