On Friday Michaela Fairwell shot 5-for-9 from beyond the arc and almost dropped a double-double on 33 points and nine boards, good enough to set a new career-high in points in the process. As if that's not impressive enough, the matchup was also her seventh in a row with two or more steals. For the season, she has averaged 18.3 points and 4.1 steals.

Fairwell and Dutch Fork are taking a road trip to square off against White Knoll at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Silver Foxes got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Timberwolves, probably because Fairwell had a solid game then too: she posted 19 points along with six rebounds and three blocks.
