Basketball Recap: Station Camp Gets the Win

While Station Camp's win against Valor College Prep wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Station Camp Bison had just enough and edged out the Valor College Prep Wildcats 45-42. That's more bragging rights for the Bison, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Valor College Prep lost on Monday despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kobe Cotton, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten rebounds. Her morning made it five games in a row in which she has scored at least 16 points. Tamiya McClain was another key player, putting up 13 points and four steals.

Station Camp now has a winning record of 14-13. As for Valor College Prep, the loss snapped their winning streak at 14 games and leaves them with a 26-3 record.

Station Camp didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 48-37 defeat against Portland on the 5th. Valor College Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
