Softball Recap: College Park Comes Up Short

Sunday just wasn't the day for College Park's offense. They came up short against the La Porte Bulldogs on Sunday, falling 8-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Cavaliers were not able to get on the board.

College Park has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for La Porte, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. College Park will take on Conroe at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. As for La Porte, they will square off against Clear Lake at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Clear Lake will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
