Hirsch suffered their closest defeat yet this season back in December of 2023. They fell just short of Hancock by a score of 2-0.
Air Force Academy can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 18-17 win over Little Village. That a single point margin sets a new team best for Air Force Academy this season.
Among those leading the charge was Melvina Jordan, who scored ten points.
Hirsch's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Air Force Academy, their win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-10.
Hirsch was taken down by Air Force Academy 39-9 when the teams last played back in January of 2020. Can Hirsch avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
