Recap: Fayette County Tigers vs. Sandy Creek Patriots
The Fayette County Tigers lost against the Sandy Creek Patriots back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Fayette County suffered a tough 57-35 defeat at the hands of Sandy Creek. Fayette County has struggled against Sandy Creek recently, as their game on Friday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Fayette County's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Anthony Perry, who scored 12 points along with 7 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Rutley, who scored 5 points along with 6 rebounds.
Fayette County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Sandy Creek, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.
