Volleyball Game Preview: Florence/Henry Falcons vs. Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] Tigers

The Florence/Henry Falcons will head out to challenge the Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Florence/Henry and 16 for Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] dating back to last season.

Florence/Henry's tournament run continued when they took on Britton-Hecla on Saturday. The Falcons fell just short of the Braves by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] came up short against Waverly/South Shore on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

While Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-5, 25-22.

Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah]'s loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Florence/Henry, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.

Florence/Henry took their win against Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
