Volleyball Recap: Casa Grande Takes a Loss

The home team had come away the winner the last seven times Casa Grande and Justin-Siena had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Gauchos lost 3-0 to the Braves on Tuesday. The Gauchos haven't had much luck with the Braves recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Casa Grande took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19, 25-20.

Casa Grande's record now sits at 7-15. As for Justin-Siena, they pushed their record up to 14-9 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Casa Grande and Justin-Siena will both be playing Petaluma the next time they take the court. The Gauchos will host the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Braves will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
