Volleyball Game Preview: Willard Crimson Flashes vs. Pleasant Spartans

The Willard Crimson Flashes will face off against the Pleasant Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Willard sitting on 15 straight victories and Pleasant on four.

Willard is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They put the hurt on Otsego with a sharp 3-0 win.

Willard never let Otsego on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-18, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Pleasant was able to grind out a solid victory over Johnstown-Monroe on Saturday, taking the game 3-1.

Pleasant walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-20, 26-24, 24-26, 25-13.

Pleasant's victory bumped their record up to 24-1. As for Willard, their win bumped their record up to 22-3.
