Softball Game Preview: Schenck Wolverines vs. Lee Academy Pandas

The Schenck Wolverines will square off against the Lee Academy Pandas at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Schenck will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Schenck and Greenville had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Wolverines were the clear victors by a 16-4 margin over the Lakers on Friday. That looming 16-4 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wolverines yet this season.

Meanwhile, Lee Academy came up short against Searsport on Monday and fell 14-10.

Schenck now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Lee Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Schenck couldn't quite get it done against Lee Academy in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 as they fell 11-8. Can the Wolverines avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
