Meanwhile, Cole Valley Christian was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 80-76 to Fruitland. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Thursday (57), the Chargers still had to take the loss.

Weiser is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points per game. As for Cole Valley Christian, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 11-5.
