Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin had won two straight games and Keison Peoples did his part to make it three on Friday. The Blue Devils claimed a resounding 65-34 win over the Oakwood Comets with plenty of help from Peoples, who dropped a double-double with 33 points and 11 boards. His big performance that evening made it 11 games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points.

Another player making a difference was Micah Tidwell, who posted nine points and six steals. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin's record now sits at 6-1. As for Oakwood, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on St. Joseph-Ogden at 6:30 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Oakwood, they will be home for the holidays to greet Armstrong at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Comets will be up against the Trojans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 58.67 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
