Basketball Recap: Stillwater Comes Up Short

Stillwater lost against East Ridge back in March of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Stillwater Ponies took a 50-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the East Ridge Raptors.

Stillwater's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 9-4. As for East Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Stillwater will host White Bear Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. White Bear Lake will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Stillwater surely won't give up without a fight. As for East Ridge, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Forest Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. East Ridge is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.
