After a string of three wins, McIntosh's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell just short of the Jackson Aggies by a score of 53-51. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Demons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-29 on January 4th.

Despite the loss, McIntosh still got an impressive performance from Zoie Miller, who posted nine points and five steals. Miller has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last three times she's played.

McIntosh's defeat dropped their record down to 17-7. As for Jackson, the victory was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-5.

McIntosh has already played their next matchup, a 65-18 win against Leroy on the 27th. As for Jackson, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 44-37 victory against Escambia County on the 27th.
