Volleyball Recap: Calais Takes a Tough Playoff Loss + How To Watch

Calais and George Stevens Academy squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Calais had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Blue Devils just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Calais started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-28, 25-20, 25-14, 25-15.

Calais' loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for George Stevens Academy, they pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

As of now, neither Calais nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
