Baseball Recap: Spring Creek Starts off Right with Win over Union

Spring Creek gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Union Spartans with a sharp 15-1 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Gators as it put an end to their 13-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Braden Bell made a big impact no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over four innings pitched. Bell was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base.
