Soccer Recap: Bloomington Triumphs

Bloomington's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. Their defense stepped up to hand the Rubidoux Falcons a 2-0 shutout. Gabriel Fierros had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Bruins.

Bloomington now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Rubidoux, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3-1.

Bloomington has already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Yucaipa on the 11th. As for Rubidoux, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 5-1 loss against Perris on the 10th.
