Football Recap: Larimore's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

If Midway/Minto wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Larimore, they should've done a better job of containing Baron Burns. The Polar Bears secured a 38-32 W over the Mustangs on Thursday for which the team can thank Burns, who rushed for 116 yards and three TDs on only 12 carries. He is becoming a predictor of Larimore's success: when he posts at least 80 rushing yards the team is 2-1 (and 0-6 when he doesn't).

Larimore's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-7. As for Midway/Minto, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
