Baseball Recap: Bald Knob's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

In Tuesday's Canine Competition, Bald Knob came out on top. They walked away with a 12-7 win over the Newport Greyhounds on Tuesday. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 15-14 victory the Greyhounds walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Bald Knob's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-0.

Coming up, Bald Knob will head out to face off against Conway Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Newport, they will take on Walnut Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The game will give Newport their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
