Softball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Roosevelt's offense. They came up short against the Hawley Nuggets on Friday, falling 18-0. Having soared to a lofty 30 runs in the game before, the Teddies' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Hawley, the win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Coming up, Roosevelt will square off against Park Center at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hawley, they will welcome Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
