Roosevelt won the last time they faced Kalani and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Rough Riders came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 6-3. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since March 5, 2025, but that streak is no more.

The team relied heavily on Mackie Doi, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Tuasivi, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Roosevelt kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are 4-1 when they post 11 or more hits.

Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 7-5-1. As for Kalani, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Roosevelt will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Falcons: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
