Soccer Recap: Everglades Comes Up Short

Everglades was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 4-1 to the Western Wildcats. The Gators were probably out for revenge after losing 1-0 to them when the teams met back in December of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Their goal came courtesy of Torin Desir, who's now up to two this season.

Everglades' defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Western, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-6-1.

Everglades didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Flanagan on the 16th. As for Western, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Cooper City on the 16th.
