Football Game Preview: North Andover Scarlet Knights vs. Tewksbury Memorial Redmen

The North Andover Scarlet Knights will head out to take on the Tewksbury Memorial Redmen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

North Andover is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 33 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Chelmsford on Thursday. They came up short against the Lions, falling 27-6. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since October 8, 2021, but that streak is no more.

Meanwhile, Tewksbury Memorial put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past Dracut to the tune of 35-6. The Redmen's offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Tewksbury Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for North Andover, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

North Andover might still be hurting after the 37-12 defeat they got from Tewksbury Memorial in their previous matchup back in November of 2024. Can the Scarlet Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
