Baseball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt lost against Anchor Bay on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bears fell just short of the Tars by a score of 3-2. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roosevelt saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Halberstadt, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 15-17. As for Anchor Bay, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-9.

Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Anchor Bay, they will head out to square off against Romeo at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
