Basketball Game Preview: Central Lake Trojans vs. Forest Area Warriors

Central Lake is on a six-game streak of home losses, and Forest Area a five-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Monday. The Central Lake Trojans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Forest Area Warriors at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Last Friday, Central Lake was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 55-50 to Inland Lakes.

Meanwhile, Forest Area came up short against Grand Traverse Academy on Thursday and fell 36-29.

Forest Area's defeat dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Central Lake, their loss dropped their record down to 7-15.

Everything came up roses for Central Lake against Forest Area when the teams last played on February 5th, as the team secured a 68-31 victory. Will Central Lake repeat their success, or does Forest Area have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
