Basketball Recap: Toledo Comes Up Short

After flying high against Winlock last Tuesday, Toledo came back down to earth. The Toledo Indians fell to the Morton/White Pass Timberwolves 54-49. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Timberwolves earlier this season, when they won 46-30.

Toledo has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season. As for Morton/White Pass, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Toledo will host Napavine at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Morton/White Pass, they are taking a road trip to face off against Winlock at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Morton/White Pass is facing Winlock at the right time seeing as Winlock is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
