De La Salle never let their opponents score on Thursday. Everything went their way against the East Jefferson Warriors as they made off with a 15-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Cavalier, who have now won nine contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

De La Salle is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-11 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for East Jefferson, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-14.
