They came up short against the Bishop Hendricken Hawks, falling 11-1. The loss continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the Hawks: they've now lost three in a row.

Catholic Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Bishop Hendricken, they pushed their record up to 14-0 with the win, which was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Catholic Memorial will take on Xaverian Brothers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Hawks' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Knights' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Bishop Hendricken, they will face off against Pilgrim at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
