Bearden won the last time they faced Science Hill and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bulldogs walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Hilltoppers. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Bearden's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked sixth, while Science Hill are ranked 63rd).

Bearden's win bumped their record up to 14-1-1. As for Science Hill, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-5-3.

Bearden does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Science Hill, they will welcome Morristown-Hamblen East at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
