Georgetown had to endure  a  three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the West Union Dragons by a score of  3-1  on Wednesday. For the G-Men, this counts as revenge for the   3-0 victory the Dragons walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in September of 2024.
 Despite the loss, West Union still got an impressive performance from   Paige Tolle, who  had 11  digs and one assist.
Georgetown's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for West Union,  they are  on  an  eight-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
 Looking ahead, Georgetown will head out on the road to  face off against  Clermont Northeastern  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for West Union, they have already played their next game,  a  3-0  victory against Eastern on the 28th.
