Volleyball Recap: Rockwell Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Rockwell unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the American Heritage Patriots on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Marshals have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Rockwell took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-14, 25-19.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rockwell will welcome American Leadership Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for American Heritage, they will be playing at home against Summit Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
