It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Grove City had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Franklin Knights as they made off with a 56-31 win. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 115th, while the Knights are ranked 276th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Despite the loss, Franklin still got an impressive performance from Jameson Wofford, who posted ten points.

Grove City has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points over those games. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 12-11.

As of now, neither Grove City nor Franklin have any future games scheduled.
