Volleyball Recap: Ridgecroft Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Kerr-Vance Academy on Tuesday, Ridgecroft came back down to earth. The Rams lost 3-0 to the Lawrence Academy Warriors on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost nine in a row.

Ridgecroft took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-17, 25-18.

Ridgecroft's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Lawrence Academy, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Ridgecroft will be playing in front of their home fans against Pungo Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lawrence Academy has already played their next matchup (against Greenfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
