Soccer Game Preview: Southeast Lauderdale vs. Magee

The Southeast Lauderdale Tigers will square off against the Magee Trojans at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Southeast Lauderdale is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They never let Kemper County onto the board and left with an 8-0 win on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Tigers needed considering they were shutout in their previous contest.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last matchup, Magee made sure to put some goals up on the board against Puckett on Saturday. They blew past Wolves 13-1. Maycie Smith was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Magee's victory bumped their record up to 3-4-1. As for Southeast Lauderdale, their win bumped their record up to 5-8.

Everything went Southeast Lauderdale's way against Magee in their previous meeting back in January, as Southeast Lauderdale made off with a 4-0 victory. Will Southeast Lauderdale repeat their success, or does Magee have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
