While Wesclin put up some runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Carlyle. The Warriors skirted past the Indians/Lady Indians 2-0. The victory continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Indians/Lady Indians: they've now won four in a row.

Wesclin's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-14. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for Carlyle, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.

Coincidentally, Wesclin and Carlyle will both be playing Centralia the next time they take the field. The Indians/Lady Indians will host the Orphans at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Warriors will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
