Softball Recap: Triway's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

It may have taken ten innings to finish the job, but Triway ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Archbishop Hoban Knights, sneaking past 9-8. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Titans as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Triway's victory bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Archbishop Hoban, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-4.

Looking ahead, Triway will head out to face off against Dalton at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Titans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bulldogs have averaged an impressive 7.5 runs per game this season. As for Archbishop Hoban, they will take on St. Vincent-St. Mary at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
