Soccer Recap: FAU High Takes a Loss

It was a Battle of the Birds when FAU High faced off against St. John Paul II Academy on Friday. The Owls came up short against the Eagles, falling 5-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to FAU High of the 1-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Their goal came courtesy of Magnus Skaug, who's now up to two this season.

FAU High's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-2. As for St. John Paul II Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. FAU High will square off against Saint Andrew's at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. John Paul II Academy, they will face off against St. Thomas Aquinas at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
