Bishop Miege extended their winning streak to 11 games thanks to a huge performance from Kirston Verhulst. The Bishop Miege Stags took down the Rock Creek Mustangs 59-45 on Saturday thanks in part to Verhulst, who went 7-for-11 en route to 23 points and three steals. That's the most points she has posted since back in February of 2024.

Bishop Miege pushed their record up to 17-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.3 points over those games. As for Rock Creek, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 16-5.

Bishop Miege wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 68-35 win against Eudora on the 13th. Rock Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
