Baseball Recap: Mt. Vernon-Enola Takes a Loss

Mt. Vernon-Enola lost against Bigelow back in April of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warhawks came up short against the Panthers, falling 15-2.

Mt. Vernon-Enola's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Bigelow, their record is now 3-4.

Mt. Vernon-Enola and Bigelow could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Arkansas Rankings. The Warhawks will challenge Conway Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Friday with a big rank disadvantage (207 vs. 36). Meanwhile, Bigelow (ranked 150th) will meet Woodlawn (ranked 29th) at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
