Softball Recap: Pinkerton Picks Up Fifth Straight Win at Home

Pinkerton barely beat Merrimack the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Astros put the hurt on the Tomahawks with a sharp 7-1 victory on Wednesday. Seven seems to be a good number for the Astros as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Pinkerton's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-0. As for Merrimack, they now have a losing record of 3-4-1.
