Softball Recap: Lumberton Comes Up Short

Lumberton lost against Silsbee back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Lumberton fell just short of Silsbee by a score of 7-6. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lumberton now has a losing record of 8-9-1. As for Silsbee, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Lumberton and Silsbee will both be playing Jasper the next time they take the field. Lumberton will host Jasper at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Silsbee will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
