Jay put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Varsity Opponent, sneaking past 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Royals have posted since May 2, 2024.

Mylee Frazier was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaylee Gilbreath, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

Jay's victory bumped their record up to 9-0.

Jay wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 8-6 win against Notre Dame Academy on the 27th. Varsity Opponent has also already played their next contest (against Providence Day), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
